yes, it is very similar to that game, but as you said, after the above thoughts disappeared, I tried everything but there was no interaction. A new update will most likely come.
Besides, note that thoughts go both ways, using stimulations > you can level them up and level them down. Make sure you hadn't "Leveled-down" some thoughts, ideally you would want thoughts in the "golden state" (Yellow color)
Although I did all 10 of the above thoughts, erotica, my son etc. nothing new is coming is this a problem? or am i doing it wrong? There is a serious problem with saving.

Yes but some of them never replace the previous one. For exemple, "Natural Pride" doesn't appear even though I managed to get "Being naked is embarrassing.." to lvl 10. Same with "I Fucking Need It".
Even though I did erotica and my son, there was no new thought, I did different things every day. I went to church, joined the feminist march, but I couldn't do anything with his son, and frankly, I couldn't even open any animations with the children in the class, it's sad but true
Yes once you get the first 4 Thoughts to lvl 10, it doesn't unlock the next ones so you're basically soft-locked. I had to edit my save multiple times to see the end of the game. The dev is working on an update so let's just wait

Not all of them ,but some of them are meant to disappear , and that's a good thing since they generate stims that you rather not have...

Every thoughts just disappeared after lvled up/down.(I'm played "Housewife" and understand how it is must work).
P.S. When you go back from bus station to home, you get anxiety every time and with that action you can have infinity anxiety.

There is a bug when loading save files. Your progress is recorded, however the attributes and perks get erased everytime you load.

I get a weird bug where Thoughts aren't appearing correctly. When I get one to lvl 10 it just disappears and I don't get the next one.
