The job mini game just makes no sense to me. I click the task then a station yet orders just pile up way faster than than the wife can complete. I have yet to have one single successful shift. What am I doing wrong?
It is difficult. Your goal is to pre-maturely know which task goes where ( so no time will be wasted), then, take tasks as fast as you can and complete them with the according device > (Coffe > barista machine, beer > beer tap, and so on...) You don't have to be super good, just good enough to survive the shift. By the way, not surviving the shift has it's own path

Also i loved that its was grindy not straight to scenes ,you need to play a little and have to think of action so you could get scenes or you could fail or get something else ,and you can play its multiple time because of diffrent endings, also the chores were good for think what you should ,and the animations are great,especialy when sometimes he cant properly penetrate i fucking loved you putted a lot of hard work and love in this game also in the other one

You can play the game normaly till the 10 or 11 day then you open the game with notepad and change the day from 10 or 11 to like 2 or 3 then you do that till you have all the skills upgraded and with this you can get new perks and diffrent paths or endings, really makes the game easier

Well something like where the FMC is in a one-sided marriage and after leaving him, she discovers the "lesbian" side of life with either family, friends, or just new people. No NTR, Dom/sub, or male interactions involved. Sounds kind of lame I guess. Maybe why it's hard to find something like that out there. It's usually bombed with Femdom, males, sandbox type of stuff....yeah I understand some people are into that but some are not. This is to get people a strong first 5 day start walkthrough.
1st day: Go for a run; sit on couch (repeat till evening.), kitchen meditation, take shower.
Put aa follows at end of day in this order; all acceptance in serious woman, minds eye in sex numbness, fun in serious woman till upgrade the remainder in do what you are told. (This should give you two evolved bubbles and a start on the last red one.)
Day 2: get money from husband when you wake up, pee, go bookstore get second book "steamy beauty", read till late afternoon, show son affection, sit with kids.
Put stats as follows: Mindseye goes to fun person, fantasy goes to do what you're yold, oxy to son, erotica to sex frustration.
Day 3: Husband money, (chores have been same for me but from here might want to double check.) Laundry, read book till evening, cook, then shower.
Stats: fantasy into do as your told till change, the into fun person, frustration into marriage, mindseye into moral standards, erotica into sex frustration the desperate, productive and acceptance into desperate, fantacy into fun person.
Day 4: husbands wallet again (unless you have $100 in your account you can keep doing this. Certain senerios require more which requires working.), use toilet, read till evening, sit with kids
Stats: fantacy into fun person till become naughty, mindseye into naughty, fantasy into moral, frustration into marriage, erotica into desperate, ond oxy into son
Day 5: husbands wallet, clean toilet, read till evening, sit with kids once then shower.

That should give a strong start.
Ive unlocked the son and immagrant. Still figuring out daughter. Ive only gotten kids badmouthing so far. Dont know how to get daughter.
Have a problem since downloading.
I can see idle animations on OSX version, but cannot save or load, only play from start. Playing on Vindows VM (Parallels), I can save/load, but idle animations are blank w/ white square. Please help.
Never seen such an issue before that's odd. can you provide a screenshot of the white square?
Maybe you need to provide the VM with more resources?

Unfortunately I hadn't put the effort to optimize the games, added the option to play windowed etc... would much rather just put more content.
See attached first screen after "Skip Intro" in HouseWife.
The game will show the normal/static shots of narration/speech, or certain interactive elements (like Restaurant Shift game, but doesn't show the Task Progress Bar, and never gets ride of tutorial under-lay graphic)
I've tried a few other games (demos) and I see similar problem is failing to display idle or "core" animations.
I've maxed out RAM and Video spec for the Parallel's VM, so I don't think it's starved. I've even tried switching Windows' Display Resolution to things other than 1920x1080 (recommended), and it doesn't work.
Even trying to play them "broken," I can appreciate your demos show a distinct approach to story telling and game-mechanics. I'd like to support your work further, but I cannot presently play it to do so.
Please advise.
Theres an issue with playing the videos I assume, usually has to do with either the operating system or the graphics card (video card). Not sure and can't really help you there, feel free to refund the products with Itch.io.

Since I paid for the game, I tried the .APK for Android, and got that to work. After practicing on the "censored" broken version, I was able to enjoy playing w/ seeing animations, albeit on small(est) screen.
I want you to keep the pay to encourage you to keep developing new games and supporting existing ones.
If you cannot fix the Save functionality for OSX for this game, please make sure it works for subsequent games.

Great game. Super job you did. But if i were you i will keep updating it for better plot completion.
After completion of the two trips Jaqueline could do some more "se*x" interactions with Tom. For example Anna sends Tom to bathroom for shower. And after that Anna goes to Jaqueline room and sends her to bathroom. Jaqueline finds Tom and do some "naughty" things in the bathtub.
Also I find the need to bring Jaqueline to the holidays if Jaqueline bond with Anna is at level 9 for example and there they can make a "trio" situation.
Or Jaqueline can meet Michael and do something "naughty" with him. Using a a Shara and Anna interaction.
Please consider a game update in the future.
By the way again great plot.

That specific scene is available on Refuge Roadtrip, as for the vacation, you should come to the vacation prepared with the final state in order to unlock everything. If you feel like you don't have the power to replay, you may go to the save file and modify it to have the thoughts required for the scenes that are locked! (C:\Users\%YOUR USER%\AppData\LocalLow\Retsym The Nam\Housewife\Saves)

I found a bug, there is a white square ⬜ appears while showering with son at public pool how to get rid of it ? I have all stats for son but still i can't have BJ scene for son at shower let me know what's wrong ?
Oh damn, that scene is on "Refuge Roadtrip", you gain it from visiting one of the towns and finding a lost phone on the floor...
There must be something wrong with this game if you have to change / cheat with saved files as someone writes here. And it shouldn't be a problem for the game developer to give a few more hints about how you should play, what you should prioritize. Count on the fact that there are perhaps more people who try the game and don't get past 40% and get annoyed and then they don't want to pay for the game. This is probably something the game developer should think about if he wants more paying players.
I appreciate your concern, though I develop this games for myself, mostly. I don't care that some players don't get past it, if any of them do that's enough, and I know, that's just putting some extra work to get more players happy but in that case, I rather make a different game with this extra time that would be more bang-for-the-buck entertainment wisely.
The days before vacation are not enough to achieve the milestones, I'm not well versed with computers so I don't know how to max stats, this was absolutely unplayable for me and discouraged me to buy it ;(
It desperately needs a walkthrough, too see the stuff with the son before the travel...
Indeed they were planned with re-play in mind. But I get the point, maybe a player could make a walkthrough doc that would be a nice service to this game's community
Two hints that allowed me get the scenes that I wanted (mind you I do not aim for 100% scenes during a single playthrough)
- Get to the library and get the stats needed to borrow the lewd books. You can then spend your free time (the time before anyone is home) reading the books in the bedroom. This will get you the stimulations to level up the stats you need for the scenes.
- Be wary of spending money before the vacation starts. You will need around $60-70 to get everything you need to get all the scenes when the vacation starts. I do not remember the exact amount but it around that ballpark.
With these you should have no problem unlocking all the scenes for Tom(?). For the camping trip scenes I remember seeing a walkthrough somewhere here in the comments. I have yet to unlock the cafe-helper scenes but the stimulations from the books should help gain those stats as well.

Hey pal', you can modify the save file, this will allow you to cheat the game. It is located at:
C:\Users\%YOUR USER%\AppData\Local\Retsym The Nam\Housewife\Saves
You may open the file with Notepad and change whatever you see fit!
If you are looking for games with a dev made walkthrough, try out "Goodtown Mystery" or "Wasteland Bodyguard"

Oh no, the daughter scenes are not in the ending vacation, but in the trip. So if you are at the vacation, you'll have to reload / startover...

I quite like the game, and I very much enjoy the corruption feel to it, but certain scenes seem to be bugged (like the ones with Abeo or Anna's Boss) --- All it shows is a white square with the 'Previous' and 'Continue' icons to the right. Unless, of course, that's the way it's supposed to be and we're meant to imagine the act itself.
I would most appreciate any feedback you might be able to provide on this.

The white square is a bug - but its functional, are you stuck in a scene?
I'm not stuck and I can proceed both back and forwards, but only the scene itself turns into a white square (it changes back to normal right before it starts and right after it ends). I simply wish to be able to see those images.
