I initiated sex with Sheila and it softlocked my save, I can't close the screen telling me to buy the full game to unlock sexual content. Are you just not able to progress further at all? I was under the impression sexual scenes were just censored or skipped, not that unlocking one bricks your save.

You can tap / click on the screen a few times to get past that scene and it will go back to the game. It just blurs parts of scenes
